I found this vintage 1960's/1970's locket on a charm bracelet but a jeweler could add a different bail so that it could be worn as a pendant as well. It features a diamond shaped solid gold base with a filigree border and a diamond shaped top with a Florentine finish. This locket was designed so that it could be engraved on the front. The locket opens to allow you to put a diamond shaped photo or small memento inside. The locket is approximately 1 1/8 inches tall and 3/4 inches wide and weighs a substantial 3.9 grams.
