You are looking at a exceptionally well crafted 14k yellow gold charm with lots of intricate details. This is a lovely three dimensional charm of a pair of handcuffs that opens up and they snap securely closed. It's a beautiful high quality vintage charm in excellent condition.
The measurement of each cuff closed and not including the bail is 3/8" long by just under 1/2" wide. They are stamped Wells 14k and they weigh 1.4 grams.
