With 4 medium pearls surrounding the ruby in the center of the flower. Measures 8.75 inches when open & lying flat, but you lose about 1/2 an inch when the clasp closure is closed. But you can have your jeweler take it down & custom make it to your own desired length.. Keep in mind you will lose roughly 1/2 an inch once it is filled with the charms. Item is in great preowned condition!
