Some examples seen in the last photo - thanks for stopping by! Sweet and dainty little French 18k gold charm or pendant. It has a star set with a small pink ruby and the text "Etoile d'Amour" in French which translates to "Star of Love" on the front side and a smooth back. It is a fairly lightweight piece - it is real 18k gold, not gold plated or gold filled. This is a pre-owned piece that I acquired in France, I'm not sure when it was made but doesn't look too terribly old.
I love the romantic design and the buttery 18k yellow gold. It is hallmarked on the rim with the French eagle hallmark for 18k gold.
Also has a goldsmith mark which I could not decipher. The chain in the photos is not included.
19 mm tall to the top of the loop by 11.5 mm wide. All my pieces are pre-owned and in estate condition. If you fleabites to the left side rim that looks like a ripple here or there and some patina to the gold between the star and the text. Some surface wear to the gold from wear over the years, but no deep dings or bends.
